Riel Estates LLC (“Riel Estates,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through rielestates.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, your message, and whether you asked for project updates.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and follow up on your inquiry.
- To send occasional project updates, only if you asked for them.
- To protect the site against spam, abuse and security threats.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site: our web host, our contact form software, and Google Fonts, which supplies the typeface and receives your IP address when a page loads. They may process information only to provide their services to us.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

The site uses only the cookies needed for it to work. If you adjust settings in the accessibility toolbar, your choices are saved in your own browser so they stay in place on your next visit. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us, and you can stop project updates at any time by replying to any update or emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
